Management are based in Beckenham, Kent, we will provide all the
cleaning materials and correct equipment
to carry out this task. In a few hours
your property will be clean and tidy.

For regular and one-off cleans. We Clean
Up So You Don't Have To.
CRB Checked Cleaners
Tenancy Clean, The price will be £11.00
per hour per cleaner with a minimum of 3
hours per visit. We will supply all the
cleaning materials and equipment
required for the cleaning.
Builders’ Clean, The price will be
£15.00 per hour per cleaner with a
minimum of 4 hours per visit. We will
supply all the cleaning materials and
equipment needed for the cleaning.
Alternatively, if you wish to provide
all the cleaning materials and equipment
needed for the cleaning then the price
will be £13.00 per hour per cleaner.
Domestic Clean, The price per visit will
be £10 per hour with a minimum of 2
hours per visit. We will supply all the
cleaning materials and equipment
required for the cleaning.
C & C Property
Management takes care of
every detail of your home cleaning. With
our Domestic Clean service you won't
have to spend your weekends doing the
tedious house cleaning! Our house
cleaners are CRB checked, hardworking,
reliable and trained to carry out their
duties to a very high standard.
Commercial Clean, The price will be
£15.00 per hour per cleaner with a
minimum of 3 hours per visit. We will
supply all the cleaning materials and
equipment required for the cleaning.
Alternatively, if you wish to provide
all the cleaning materials and equipment
needed for the cleaning then the price
will be £12.00 per hour per cleaner.
Carpet Cleaning, please note that Full
Carpet Cleaning is not a part of our
standard Clean Services but can be
booked separately. Please contact us if
you want to add Carpet Cleaning to one
of our Cleaning Services listed above.
Window Cleaning, please note that Window
Cleaning is not a part of our standard
Clean Services but can be booked
separately. Please contact us if you
